Next, I will send you a proposal/contract that includes the cost estimate, scope of work, timeline, and terms. The entire process is digital, and you can sign the contract online.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit payment is received, we can begin work.
My design process is centered around human-centric design, so I recommend getting in touch first so we can discuss your needs in more detail.
I start every project with an extensive overview document to gain a better understanding of your business, needs, and goals. We'll also have a discovery meeting to define project goals, budget, timeline, team structure, and other details.
The timeline will depend on what needs to be designed. Let's discuss the details so I can provide a clear timeline of the work stages. I can also offer a fast delivery option for an additional cost if needed.
While I can't guarantee specific results, I can assure you that I will do my best to achieve the desired outcomes and that I have a track record of delivering successful projects. I offer three revision rounds for free. If we need more than three rounds, there will be an additional cost.
In most cases, we don't go beyond two revision rounds.
If you decide to cancel the project after ideas and proposals have been presented to you, it may not be possible to refund the deposit or any other payments. However, if the cancellation occurs before any ideas or proposals are submitted, a refund will be provided.
